Dusty campbell
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Dusty founded NextGen Athletics in 2022 because he noticed a common trend in Utah youth athletics; youth athletes were unprepared for the extreme physical demands of sport! Dusty has over 9 years of coaching strength and conditioning experience working with athletes from elementary school to professional athletes. During that time he received his doctorate in physical therapy and has been practicing since 2019.
Prior to his professional career, Dusty played Tier II Junior hockey from the age of 16-20 before playing for West Virginia University from 2010-2014. Since then, he has rediscovered his love of the game through coaching youth and college skaters. When he's not working he spends his time with his wife and dog hiking, snowboarding, and preparing for their first child, Zoey, to arrive!
